Invitation to Bid Tax Form Booklets/Mailers

The Executive Director of the Regional Income Tax Agency will accept bids for Tax Form Booklets/Mailers until 12:00 pm (noon) EST, Wednesday, February 26th, 2014.
The capability to image variable data from RITA's secure file transfer process on the Tax Form Booklets/Mailers is required.
Copies of the bidding documents will be on file for inspection and may be obtained at the offices of the Regional Income Tax Agency, or by calling Mrs. McMurdo at (440) 526-0900, extension 3598, or TDD (440) 526-5332.
A pre-bid conference will be held for all interested parties at RITA. located at 10107 Brecksville Road, Brecksville Ohio on February 13, 2014 at 10:00a.m.
The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or any part of any bid.
