Employer: You may contact your employer(s) and request copies of the W-2s you were issued.
IRS: You may contact the IRS at 1.800.829.1040 to request a wage and income transcript and tax return transcript.
Yes, legible photocopies are acceptable.
A Federal Income Tax Return will be accepted. Unfortunately, it does not display any municipal tax that was withheld for your workplace municipality. Without this figure, you may not receive credit for the withholding when your residence tax is calculated.

Electronically: You may file your income tax returns and exemptions electronically through MyAccount or FastFile.
Uploading Requested Documents:
Log into MyAccount and go to the Document Upload link. MyAccount users can upload documents to RITA with or without an Upload Code (provided to you in the letter you received from RITA or from a RITA Agent) and can view a history of uploaded documents.
Use Document Upload (no log in required). Users without MyAccount, or tax professionals on behalf of their clients, will use RITA's standalone Document Upload tool. To use this option, users must have a valid Upload Code provided to you in the letter you received from RITA.
