City of Bellefontaine – Income Tax Services

Effective October 16, 2025, all municipal income tax filings and payments for the City of Bellefontaine transitioned from the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) to the City of Bellefontaine.  The City and RITA selected this date to allow sufficient time for RITA to finalize its processing of the City’s income tax data and provide a final transfer of that data to the City before December 31, 2025.
