Tax Filing Tip: Be sure to select the correct Tax Year for the RITA form you want to file.
For example, Tax Year 2025 individual returns are due on April 15, 2026. On the Forms link on RITA’s website be sure to choose the 2025 tab for the Tax Year 2025 Form 37.
