Update on RITA’s Xenia Office Location

RITA’s Xenia office location is adjusting walk-in taxpayer assistance availability.  Beginning July 19th, the RITA Xenia Office will be open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8am – 5pm.

We continue to provide many contact-free alternatives to traditional in-person assistance, including a secure drop box at the Xenia Administration Building, located outside, beside the utility payment box.  And, as always, our Customer Service Agents are available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm to answer taxpayer questions.  Call us at 800-860-7482.  Taxpayers may also use this number to access RITA’s 24 hour automated phone system to make payments, check the status of a refund request or an estimated payment you have made.
